The Dispensary Agent “Budtender” is the primary contact between our guests and the company. They are responsible for educating guests about Legal Greens products and providing an excellent customer service experience. The ability to communicate effectively and have a good understanding of how to meet the guests’ needs will be a top requirement. Using the point-of-sale system will be another key area of accountability for the Budtender. The Budtender will practice and be compliant with state regulations and with Legal Greens standard operating procedures and protocol. Have the ability to promote and maintain a positive work environment that is grounded in servicing the guest and rooted in company growth.

We are currently looking to fill the role of Marketing and Graphic Design Agent. This pivotal position involves developing and executing creative marketing strategies tailored to cannabis products and brands. The successful candidate will merge graphic design proficiency with a comprehensive understanding of the cannabis industry, compliance regulations, and evolving marketing trends to craft visually captivating and compliant content across diverse platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, including packaging, social media, websites, and print collateral. Ensure alignment with brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
  2. Maintain and update in-store menus and website content for a seamless user experience. Manage product photos and descriptions across platforms like Dutchie, company website, and third-party menus. Regularly update information and promotions.

Under the supervision of the Retail Manager the Receptionist/WatchDog personnel is responsible for checking in guests and ensuring all visitors and customers are 21 years of age or older. The Reception/WatchDog Personnel is responsible for ensuring all visitors do not enter unless they are 21+ and have a valid ID. The Reception/WatchDog Personnel responds to all customer phone inquiries and provides outstanding customer service.
